Data Protection (NDPR / NDPA)

Nirvana Park & Gardens processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) issued by the NDPC.

Lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

Data subject rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, and audit logs to protect personal data.

Cross-border transfers

When personal data leaves Nigeria, we rely on safeguards permitted under the NDPA.
