Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy every visit. This Policy sets out when refunds or cancellations may apply for orders, bookings, and events.

Food & beverage orders

Once prepared, food and beverage orders are non-refundable. If something is wrong, please tell a manager immediately so we can make it right.

Bookings & reservations

Reservations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Events & private hire

Event deposits and balances follow the terms in your event agreement. Force majeure may permit rescheduling.

Method

Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
