Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to transact with us.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for safeguarding any credentials issued to you.
Bookings & orders
Reservations, orders, and applications are subject to availability and to our acceptance. Pricing is shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change.
Conduct
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt other guests, staff, or systems.
Intellectual property
The Nirvana Park & Gardens name, logo, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Plateau State.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
